1) How do I place my orders?
(a) Simply select the item you like and click add to cart. Please complete the checkout procedure as per instructed on the website. Remember to fill in the details of the product in the 'Notes' section towards the end of the procedure. OR (b) You can email your order to [email protected]. Please do include the product, colour, qty, size (if applicable) and any other personalized information if any.

2) How do I know if the order has been processed?
We will send order acknowledgement to you via email within 48 hours.

3) How do I make payment and receive my orders? (For customers in Singapore)
Mode of payment is by 'cash on delivery'. Once the orders are ready for delivery, arrangement will be made to meet up with you at any MRT station of your choice either via email or SMS. Orders will take at least 5 working days to be processed as certain items may only be made upon confirmation of order.
